is2g the writing for these has to be the funniest in the Sims series, I love them a whole lot. I have remakes of the Counter Culture and Fashion Victim careers for ts2 and they’re so gr8 omg. I love how cynical and just plain silly the descriptions are.
I miss that era of the Sims console games. Then ts2 console came around (the handheld games were good tho, don’t get me wrong) and it just got baaaaaad

None of the names are changed. All in katakana and it’s brilliant. I play in English, but every time I look at the wiki for different names it’s just so great because there’s no confusion/name language barrier ahahahaha
All these clever rotation methods and I’m here like “ok I switch after a sim grows up… now who haven’t I played yet this round?”
I really wish Graphics Rules Maker was friendly with NVIDIA GeForce 840m (it was high tech in 2014 :P)
My game used to play nice with it, but then I updated the driver after mistaking a memory leak for a driver issue (turned out a restart & XP compatibility mode would have fixed it just fine, made it faster too!) and it broke and rolling back did not help :<
Not that the other half of my computer’s graphics is too bad, because it came about waaayyy more recently than sims 2 did, plus I close out a majority of my processes to play and regularly pamper my machine, but I mean, the reason I looked for an NVIDIA card in the first place was to play ts2 >.>
