TS2 bloggers

Reblog this post if you don’t mind/would like to be messaging and making friends with other TS2 bloggers. I’d love to make friends and chat with other TS2 players since I literally have only one real life friend who currently plays The Sims 2. I’d love to meet new people who plays The Sims 2! šŸ˜‰

i was gonna make a joke about how the massachusetts candle probably smells like a drug deal in the dunkin donuts parking lot but then i checked and it legitimately smells like dunkin coffee i’m doneĀ

does the jersery one smell like a fucking dumpster

@youarestillamystery

@tflatte, @deirdrearchleone

link to the site if anyone’s curious about their home state!

*sniffs the jersey one* ah yes dumpsters and beaches

Ohio is corn

chocolate and molasses.

NorCal is pear, redwood, and vineyards. (Kudos to them for separating NorCal and SoCal.)

really disappointed Wisconsin’s doesn’t smell like cheese.Ā  Also Texas needs to be broken up.Ā  My part of Texas needs more tacos and bbq than cotton and leather.

Alabama isĀ ā€œhints of wet road fresh from a summer storm, magnolia, and peanuts,ā€ which all sounds legitimately great but I’m gonna need more red dirt and pine trees in there my dudes

Blackberries and BBQ? Nope. Mine needs a hell of a lot more ā€˜Psychotic redneck Trump voters, KKK, and Koch Brothers Owned Politicians.ā€œ

ā€œpine tree, hazelnut, and Oregon pearsā€ nah more like pine trees, rain, and mould

Connecticut: ā€œvanilla, nutmeg, and apple orchard scentsā€ I guess? Idk where the vanilla comes from. Needs more autumn leaf smell. And income inequality, whatever that smells like.Ā

Me before clicking:Ā ā€œIf the Maryland one doesn’t include Old Bay somehow, I’m slapping them with a glove and demanding satisfaction.ā€

Maryland: hints of salt water and Old Bay.

Duel averted. Good job.

ā€œmagnolia, honeysuckle, country jasmine, and Louisiana sweet potatoā€

Expected magnolia, vaguely disappointed there’s nothing spicy, no idea how a Louisiana sweet potato smells any different from any other state’s.

ā€œScent takes you back to the Land of Lincoln with hints of grain fields, violets (the state flower), and lake breezeā€ ??? They need a Chicago one, because that’s not what it smells like here. It should smell like Garrett’s popcorn, chocolate, sewer, asphalt, and horse urine.

ā€œAlaska: These scents will take you back to the good ol’ days in America’s Last Frontier with hints of spruce forest, mountain air, and glacial meltwater.ā€ Fair enough, but I feel like it’s missing important scents like diesel fuel, dead fish, and moose poop.

ā€œLake Breezeā€ for Illinois is kind of vague. Ā Do they meanĀ ā€œdead fish washed up on the shore and baking in the sun for two weeksā€ lake breeze?

South Carolina – ā€œScent brings you back home with hints of palmetto, hibiscus, sweet tea, and sea breeze.ā€ I suppose that means you can only be homesick for the coast? Switch that to sweet tea and pine trees and you’ve got the rest of the state.

New York: ā€œScent will bring you back home to the Empire State with hints of Adirondacks forest floor, apple orchards, and pumpkin.ā€

Ha, I wish! It’s nice and all, but what about the 8.5 million people (including myself) who live in the city? Needs essences of hot garbage, urine, and street food. :3

Illinois not smelling like corn (so much frickafrackin corn) or anything burning or the overwhelming feeling of wind going up your nose before you have a chance to inhale?

I’m severely allergic to fragrance chemicals but if I wasn’t I still would not buy ahahaha
