Happy Mothers Day to all the simmers who are moms (moms-to-be and those trying to become moms, too!) in real life, as well :3

Inspired by old fashioned hospitality and her opportunity to help her brother recover after returning from Felicity Island, Margaret Bennett purchased a duplex to be converted into a sanitarium of sorts specifically for returning Castaways. Besides her, her brother David, and his wife Kiri; next door is home to Jessica and Timoti Fekitoa. There may only be 5 residents, but it feels a little bit crowded.
